Did you know that most smokers have inconsistent heat flow across the cooking grates…something called hot spots? And did you know that your life is similar? You will have hot spots or ups and downs in your life so we talk about this along with some things that may help you during those seasons in today's episode!

Quotes from the Episode:

  • “Everything I know now…the pitfalls, the highs and lows, everything…it taught me and made me stronger.” - Ray Allen

  • “May you have a strong foundation when the winds of change shift…” - Bob Dylan

  • “Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, AWAKES.” - Carl Jung

Scriptures from the Show:

  • “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” - Matthew 7:24-25

  • “Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!” - Psalm 139:23-24
