Tim Stevens is the executive pastor for campuses, at Willow Creek Community Church. Prior to that he served with the Vanderbloemen Search Group, which has served to help many pastors and churches through the job search process. He also served for 20 years at Granger Church in Indiana, as an executive pastor.
Tim brings so much to the table that we are dividing this conversation into 2 parts. Today, Tim discusses the value of wise counsel in our personal circles, the push and pull we experience as we consider transitions, and he touches on the very real mental health issues that many pastors are facing.
