Here is a thought that I had about Isaac and how the incident, where his father was about to sacrifice him, might have impacted his life. Just a thought mind you. Interestingly there is a movie that just came out in the theatre called “His only son”, based on the account from Genesis 22 in the Old Testament when God tells Abraham to sacrifice his son (@hisonlysonfilm)!

Sometimes we overthink what we need to give to our kids or do with them to make them happy or fulfilled. When in actuality it does not take much, other than to be present and to do something together. The other day I had the idea to make breakfast for me and my son outside on the open fire. He loved it so much that we did it again today and he told me he would love to do that from now on every Sunday morning! I think we got a winner:-)
