This week, good news for both the Aberdeen FC Men and Women as each team wins their way to the semi finals of their Scottish Cups at Hampden. 

We look back over those victories against Queen's Park and St Johnstone and ahead to the semi finals and the next league matches too.

We're with the Dons U18s as well, plus down the divisions and across the country following Cove Rangers, Peterhead, The Highland League and Juniors.
