Let the group therapy commence.

Just when you think things can't get worse, invariably they always do - BUT hopefully we've rock-bottomed out. 

Quick, somebody light a candle. 

We look back at the Dons against Hibs, (but not for long), and ahead to St Mirren on Wednesday followed by Motherwell this coming weekend. 

And, we check in with the Under 18s, Cove Rangers, Peterhead as well as Aberdeen Women - the one team  this week chalking up a win.
