Pivo has been making devices that allow you to move your phone or camera around using AI. I first met them at their start in 2018. Today, I learned how the company has grown, along with their newest product that adds tilt to the portfolio in Pivo Pod X.

This device can be used with your phone, or another camera. With the phone attached, the software turns the camera into an AI tracking device for your videos. The device allows you to also create fun photos, animated gifs, and more.

The newest Pivo Pod can now auto track you, adding the ability to tilt up and down. This allows you to set the Pivo on any table and the device will catch and track your face.

The device can also be used as a carousel for products (if you’re an influencer or eBay seller) to capture all sides of a product. You can put your phone on with LiDAR support to map out a room in a house.

Pivo Pod X will be out later this year. It is currently on crowdfund starting at $169.
