You’re listening to the smashes to some podcast. I’m Nino Prodan. Yesterday, we were talking about using gratitude to help you adjust to all the changes that are going on right now adjust to the new circumstances, the new ways that things are being done, or possibly even looking at new ways of creating money in your life. And sometimes, circumstances like this, bring up the necessity to pivot to change direction on what you’re doing. Like right now, if your business is about getting commissioned from the gains in people’s 401 Ks, well, you’re probably not in a good place right now. So you may want to look at pivoting and pivoting isn’t about going out and doing something totally different, but it’s about looking at your industry and approaching it differently. But it could also be about finding a new way to make money all together. If you’ve been laid off from work because you work in Central retail or other places that have been shut down during this, and now is a good time to start developing your skills in another area. So you can stop this from happening in the future. And I believe a lot of people have way more skills than they think they have. I think most people undersell what they have to provide other people, the help that they can provide other people the knowledge that they could provide to other people. Most people don’t realize what they can teach other people or how they can help other people. And if you’re in the situation where you need to pivot, maybe it’s time to really take account of all the skills, all the knowledge that you have. That way you can see, or you can serve other people at your best. And so what I suggest doing is making a list. Just sit down and start writing out every way that you can think of You can help people every skill that you have. And usually this starts off kind of difficult. You start to write things down, you get to like, six or 10 things, and you kind of sputter out and think, Oh my goodness, I don’t know anything. I can’t help people with anything. And don’t worry, do you just haven’t seen it yet? So one way to get going on this is to start asking other people like, Hey, what do you see as something I’m really good at? And then start thinking to yourself, what did people ask you? to help them with? Start looking at what you’d like to do? What hobbies you have? What do you like doing as a kid would you do well, in school, reflect back to your whole life, you may have been really good at something at one point and become a little rusty. But don’t write that off. If you enjoyed it. It might help you in creating something or combining with other things. So list everything. And then once you list everything, start Look at the why behind some of the things start to look at the who you can help with those things. And if you start seeing clusters, you start seeing things group up, then you may have just come upon something you can pivot toward, start looking at where those skills could apply. If it’s a job that you would like, then look at jobs in that area. If it’s somewhere you’d like to start a business, which I recommend, because that creates way more freedom, way more ability to pivot and actually be more tax advantages. So look at where you can pivot and start to take action. I’m making it happen, I’m Nino Prodan, and I will talk to you tomorrow.
