Rich Duncan was born and raised in Salem, Oregon and is a graduate of Sprague High School. Rich is the President and Owner of Rich Duncan Construction, Starting his career in construction in 1989 Rich opened Rich Duncan Construction in 2001 with a goal to provide outstanding performance in the construction industry, in that same year Rich married his wife Shelly, blended a family and built a house. Now with three sons and a daughter, he is a proud grandpa sharing the experience with his wife Shelly, Rich is a past Keizer Chamber President, is the president Chemeketa Foundation Board, the SEDCOR board of directors, Liberty House board of directors, both Salem and Keizer Chambers, and National and local builders associations. In 2010 Rich Duncan Construction was awarded the privilege to complete the first Commercial Build for ABC’s Extreme Makeover show for the Oregon School for the Deaf. Most Recent notes Rich Duncan Construction was awarded 2011 Salem Chamber Business of the Year, 2014 Salem Chamber Distinguished Citizen,  and nationally as the NW Small Business of the year with the US Chamber of Commerce for 2013.
