Such a great pivot point conversation recently with Kristi.  We talked about her transformation and creating what I call a “patient driven practice”. 

As a patient, you should be in full control of the process and be able to connect with your doctor to get your questions answered for free with a virtual consult. She is at the top of her game in her profession because she takes care of her clients the same way. At the end of the day it’s about trust, transparency and building a personal connection.
