What strikes me about Simon and FSP, is that for tech company - offering consulting, digital services, managed services, cloud, cyber security and Microsoft cloud suite for modern workplace - they are very people focused. I'm not sure Simon is that tech orientated himself, but perhaps the strength of the man, to build a business where those that do love tech can grow and develop self and services in a meaningful way.
I think its certain that Simon loves business and the value that good business and businesses brings to communities.
