In this episode of my PJ Tips podcast on Leading Business Change, I talk about the Future of Aviation with Colin Russell who is an Aviation Security expert and change leader. Colin has worked for the likes of Thomas Cook (7500 staff) and Flybe. He has led growth, change and been through administration twice and offers very practical Leading Business Change insights to help inspire change. Colin has a significant depth of knowledge in Security and Risk, and has very strong and clear views on the importance of people and culture in safety and change. 

Prior to Aviation, Colin was in the Navy and shares interesting thoughts on the role of leaders and some key leadership behaviours that translates into business today. 

Colin talks about the future of aviation and EVTOL (Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) aircraft. He is currently working on a new adventure setting up a network for EVTOL (sometimes called eVTOL) travel. Watch this space!
