Noelle McFarlan learned a lesson for all of us during a performance mishap from her youth. Her hearing impairment has helped her learn that advocating for what she needs on stage is SO incredibly important so that she can put on the best show possible. This is no different for any of us. Often times I hear horror stories from friends who didn't ask the sound guy to help them out. It's THEIR JOB to help you have the best performance possible.
