For a long time I fell in love with things or the idea of things based on their story and how it unfolded. If things didn’t unfold in this “picturesque” way I devalued it. I did this with my own love story, my fitness journey, motherhood, etc. I would find where things "sparkled" and assumed since they were "share worthy" they held more value. Lately I have been leaning into the moments that I maybe don't share as much and noticing they hold just as much value if not more than the moments that "sparkle" according to others.
