Katie Yellig is partners with her sister Tressa as owner of the Broth Bar in Portland, Oregon.  Broth Bar is the country’s first bone broth restaurant and Katie sees this as returning to a tradition versus feeding a trend.  What makes Katie’s story more unique is that she left her lucrative career at Coca-Cola to take this leap.
