Debra Smith joined Pulliam Pools in 1992 an employee and became part owner in 2009.  During her interview Debra shares her insights in working in a primarily male dominated environment, the shift from employee to owner and what her dream outdoor space entails.  She describes herself as a student of the industry and has many certifications including CPO (Certified Pool Operator), CBP (Certified Building Professional), Texas Residential Appliance Installer.
