Kristin is the founder of Alignment, Inc. ® a unique consultancy formed in 2007 to help individuals, corporations, board of directors and other similar groups find alignment within themselves and their organizations. She’s brought this expertise to hundreds of people since establishing Alignment, Inc®. Some of her clients include Baylor Healthcare System, Accenture, Hewlett-Packard, Smith & Nephew, Frito-Lay, IDEA Public Schools, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and many others.

Kristin is the author of, Is this Seat Taken?, where she shares her stories as a road warrior.  Today she is a recovering corporate executive and works with others to help them find alignment in doing what they love and what they are good at.  It's never to late to create an intentional life.
