“Standing Tall…Reaching Back” is a motto that aptly describes Paulette Turner, the founder and president of Integrated Leadership Concepts (ILC), Inc.

Ms. Turner has spent more than 30 years mentoring and coaching others to reach their full potential but has never forgotten her experience as the first black student to attend Robert E. Lee High School in Huntsville, Ala.
