Penny Howard is the dedicated mother of three children Lily, Harper, and Seth, as well as, founder of Hope 4 Harper.  Harper was diagnosed with CDKL5 as a baby which is a gene located on the X-chromosome that typically codes an enzyme that has been known to play a role in regulating brain development.  The Howard’s were unwavering in their search for treatment for their daughter and ultimately lost Harper too early.  Penny is here to share her story and provide hope and encouragement to others.
