In this episode, we talked to Carole Mehigan from Reed Smith. As well as her work with the law firm, she is a local student mentor, and speaker especially surrounding mental health. We discussed the importance of intersectional thinking when it comes to being an ally, as well as some of Carole's own experiences growing up and how she helped members of the LGBTQ+ community as a friend and ally.
