Eisenhower said it best: “…Plans are useless, but planning is indispensable." Yes, planning is important. But too much planning is a hinderance. Because plans are useless. Reality is going to be different than what you planned for—every time. So it’s important to you and your projects success to get used to moving forward without a clear vision. Once you’re in the water, you can adapt and refine. The alternative is to keep planning, forever.
