It is an excellent time for everybody to start reflecting and looking at what's ahead of you in your business.
There is an essential process that I would advise, reflecting  over years of running companies, that you have to set down in January and I strongly suggest you have these in place.
 You need to go into the first quarter of the year with the focus. I'm going to discuss six steps that I would advise from my experience.

 All are worth doing when you start a new year. 

1. Reflect 2. Simplify your strategy 3, Play game 4. Set your 90 day targets 5. Measure your success 6. Believe in yourself.
