This is Season 2, Episode 20 of the Small Scale Life Podcast, and today I am fresh out of the pool and dusting off the microphone to record a healthy lifestyle podcast! (EDIT: This should have been posted last night, but the hotel internet was not cooperating with me. Oh well! Here we go!) It has been awhile since the last episode where I talked about my journey towards losing weight, getting fit and developing long lasting, healthy habits.
