Town will vote to add Zoning By-law Section 9.10 CANTON JUNCTION OVERLAY DISTRICT - 9.10 Canton Junction Overlay District; 9.10.1 Purpose. The purpose of the Canton Junction Overlay District (CJOD) is to allow for and encourage the production of transit-oriented housing in walkable proximity to Canton’s Commuter Rail stations, and in accordance with Section 3A of the Zoning Act (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A).
