I'm going home and it's raining while I do a conversational,  audio journal,  self help, motivation speaking episode. I'm talking about master Co Stephen that talks about pranic healing, with charkras and related healing. Listening to Stephen taught me about my emotional pain source, spirituality,  our higher selves.  I text myself notes, so I don't forget. Lessons aren't any good until you remember it.  Stephen live said what you plant in the inner world,  you reap in the outer world. What you seek, is seeking you he also said. When you meditate, he says, your higher self can give you wisdom. Join me as I go to the car wash to wash off the bird doo doo off this van. During, I talk about opening to your vulnerability and using it to gain access to yourself and get to know you. In turn that gives you self esteem and then you are able to hold up boundaries, because now you care about yourself.  If you don't care about yourself,  then you won't have defenses up and toxic people be easy to slip into your life.
