In this episode, we examine the metaphor of planting concept in the Karate Kid and Cobra Kai Shows including the work task of planting a tree which requires strength and endurance to dig using the shovel thus ensuring that your new tree is green and growing!  We also look at the martial art movements that require a stomp kick or stomp inward leg block using the muscles that you used with the shovel.  Lastly, the patting down the dirt process of using the martial art moves of palm and forearm strike to firm down the dirt after planting.
