Our next guest produces vegetables on the 40 hectares farm based in Limpopo. The farm employs a minimum of 80 workers when planting and over 50 workers when harvesting. The farm trains worker, advises the farmers and the people in the community as part of skills transfer. Last year, he started running online short courses in agriculture to help empower communities during the pandemic. He hopes to launch a full-time farming college next year and provide schools outings so that the pupils may get to experience farming and run practical teaching on the farm.
