Back we go to Calcutta (Kalkuta) 1757 and listen how the British elite who colonized that great ancient city for almost 150 years figured out, however slowly, to modify the rules of their beloved game of golf to co-exist with the monkey population which was there for untold millennia before the British East India Company ever set up their first trading post.
