Darcy considers herself a student of life. After spending several years in graduate school studying clinical mental health counseling, Darcy simultaneously pursued certifications in alternative health &amp; wellness modalities to have a rounded sphere of knowledge on overall health, wellness, and contentment. Darcy believes that knowledge that supports elevating collective consciousness should be accessible to all who are open to receiving it.  Knowledge that supports overall health and wellness should not only be accessible behind a paywall.
