The origins of the word hypocrite are very interesting. Today the word is often used within a moral or religious setting. We've all heard someone say, 'Those people are all a bunch of hypocrites, and I don't want to have anything to do with them.' In fact Jesus accused religious leaders of his day of being hypocrites.
