In spring 2022, Sony will introduce their answer to Microsoft's Game Pass service with their own service, which will merge PS Now and PS Plus into a single cohesive service. To entice users to upgrade, Sony will offer classic software spanning the PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and PS3 -- though with some compromise.
