Greetings and welcome to Monday evening as we go into the last week of October. Indeed where did the year go and why aren't things better. And since things and the rest of the stuff in the world is probably not going to be better either, how can we begin to be better, and perhaps have a great year.

And the topic. is rght on.  Please say that about me, please say something different something else, or maybe say nothing at all. I'm not talking about somebody saying something cruel and nasty, that does happen but not very often, in fact the person was trying to be very kind and they were. 

But I still do not want them say what they said.  And it is part of a new resolution and intention that I have about myself and so I'd like to tell you the story because I think it would be good for you too.

Just be humble and listen please.
