Thank you on this Monday evening on the last day of August as we go into the last month of the 3rd Quarter... What a year, and can we now do the work to seek to finish differently and better than the year that is now passing.  And I want you to seriously consider not putting your children in college this year.  it will be a mess and a good year to experiment with what they might want to d with their life. 

And then I remind you that this week you will have to audition, possibly a lot.
