Please help my siblings & I find our mother , Sericiaer Romeca Offord , & bring her home safely !!!!! It has now been OVER 72 hrs. , but the police department is closed on the weekends !!! My twin & I went to the jail on 9/27/2021 , but they stated they couldn't roll their cameras back cause they're not responsible for what happens to people once they're released !!!
