Do you have New Year's Resolutions or do you think that's so not for you? Tried it, didn't like it, done with it?...

No matter where you land on that spectrum 🌈, I think looking at Resolutions and the idea behind them - intentional change - is super fascinating and an intrinsic motivation for so many people.

Trying something new means growing in a chosen direction - and growth and development are human features that brought us to where we are today (for better or worse...) but hey that is YOUR choice.

In today's episode I share with you how I choose resolutions that actually make sense for me. Spoiler alert: it's not the usual suspects of "lose weight" or "eat healthier".

Plus, I'll show you how to make them stick.
