…Business access to the river trail.  So people walking along the trail can go ‘Oh dude, there’s a little bistro right there, let’s just stop sit and watch people walk by.’

“Yes!  That is the next step of this all!  I’m telling you, if someone would open up a coffee shop . . . I have the perfect location too . . . so, if anybody wants to, contact me.”

“Truly, people walk that trail in the morning.  I would love to and go for a run and get a cup of coffee and go back and shower.  Or those people who are retired and are walking or young families who are out enjoying it.  That is a perfect perfect location.”
