This week we talked to PLEXXAGLASS, an ethereal-pop artist based in L.A. While they aren't working on music they're working on their fitness, using boxing as a way to not only stay in shape but to look cool doing it. With a personal connection to mental health issues, they use their own music as an outlet for storytelling and a tool to help destigmatize mental health.
