PLL Planning July Return With Stony Brook Assistant Coaches
Two members of the Stony Brook men’s lacrosse team plan to be back in games this summer.
Assistant coaches Mike Chanenchuk and Tommy Kelly expect to participate in the Premier Lacrosse League’s newly announced 16-game, 20-day tournament to be held beginning July 25.
Chanenchuk plays for the Whipsnakes, while Kelly plays for the Chaos.
PLL co-founder Paul Rabil revealed the plan on Wednesday on The Today Show on NBC.
No fans will attend the tournament. The NBC family of networks will televise the event.
