Continuing spooky season with another equally scary topic: my deeply rooted fears (of failure, rejection and abandonment.. oh and elevators)! I get personal about these fears and go through the 5 steps Dr. Gervais once gave Fearless Felix before his free fall from space to help him overcome his fears. If Felix can overcome his death defying fears through CBT, surely we can overcome our everyday ones with it too.
