In this episode we get to sit down with the one and only, NorCalKat, Orlando Campos. OC, is an avid Striped Bass anglers, and master plug builder. He is a family man, and a conservationist. Orlando's meticulous attention to detail has him field testing plugs for months if not years before he sends them out to the public. It is this attention to detail that has widely considered one of the best builders in the country and why he has such a demand and waiting list for his plugs.
