Pluto may be a tiny planet, but it is mighty. Pluto is the opposite of authoritarian. Pluto is the opposite of Totalitarian. A person or group going through a Pluto transit learns what matters. The person or group learns about what matters from Earth's perspective--natural law. Energy and mass are all there is. There is a relationship between energy and matter. Destruction is not a part of this relationship. This is what we are all learning on a collective level.
