Rosie Finn returns to discuss "Persephone’s Revolution: Pluto’s Path to the End of Empire," her deeply researched work on Pluto’s declination cycle and the rare period we entered in 2025, unfolding through 2035. She first joined me after the book’s release; now we revisit her research in light of rapidly accelerating global events.Rosie identifies this era as a “Reform” phase, when power is reclaimed and systems begin to change.
