The Project Management Debate Podcast was never meant to be safe.It was built to challenge assumptions, push boundaries, and make room for multiple truths in a profession that often settles for consensus.

Before we dive into the archive, I wanted to reshare the very first audio we recorded: Episode 0. It’s short, reflective, and gives you a sense of what we set out to do.
