The other side says:👉 If you're the PM, and the contract shapes scope, cost, and timeline... how are you not responsible?👉 Every disconnect between what’s promised and what’s delivered is a contract issue, and it lands in your lap.👉 If you don’t shape the agreement, you inherit the consequences.
