Prime Minister Narendra Modi today quoted former prime ministers Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi of the Congress as he attacked the main opposition party for disrupting parliament. He presented a point-by-point rebuttal of criticism by Congress leaders during a debate on the President's Address in Parliament, but also reached out to the Opposition saying, "Let us walk shoulder to shoulder".
