During this episode of the PM Pathfinder we discuss the logical units of iterations and interpret the pros and cons of the iteration. We then talk about translation of a WBS to an adaptive iteration. From there we move to the necessary inputs for scope and talk over the importance of adaptive project tracking versus predictive, plan-based tracking.
