Without stepping too heavily into politics, KaliSara and RevKess remind the listeners that words do indeed have power. From bullying in school to hostile workplace environments all the way up to fat shaming the guy at the all you can eat buffet, WORDS have POWER. We often say things without thinking, what we say can have a huge impact on those who hear them. What's worse is when a person deliberately says something knowing the negative impact it has on the directed target.
