Jazmin Truesdale is a comic book writer whose disrupting the comic book publishing field with her publishing house Aza Comics.

The Aza Universe is a refreshing new take on the old timey appeal of superhero storylines. Primarily made up of superheroes who are mostly female and who come from communities of color and other marginalized communities, they provide great new storylines that entertain every comic book story lover.

This North Carolinian womanpreneur spent some time with us Pondering Nerds in between giving great advice to budding comic book creators/writers. Jazmin's business-savvy is sought after by many, and from the interview you can see why.
