Journaling has to have a purpose to it otherwise there is little if no point.

Crucially, it records what you actually do in a process, so that you can have data to reflect later on as to whether or not it worked, what could be done better, how you felt about it. And then to go back and actually do that reflection.

As such, when we talk about creative planning, it is essential that we don’t miss out the journaling and reflective elements.
