In this episode, we discuss ⁠The Visitor. A film that occurred in 2007 depicting a lonely college professor, dealing with the grief of his late wife by autopiloting his way through life. When his job pushes him to attend a conference in NY, he returns to his long abandoned apartment to find it has been sublet by two immigrants. Allowing the couple to stay in the apartment with him, a bond is formed. And we are invited into the world of this odd friendship through sharing of culture, of art, of love, and ultimately heartbreak.
