I've had a hell of a year.  Really good stuff in the middle of chaos.  This podcast is kind of a journal, a look into my heart and mind.  Its not for the faint of heart or the delicate of ear.  Most of these start out as thoughts from a paddle board, where I go to clear my head and get some exercise.  For the most part, I don't end up recording until I go for a late night walk.  Other than that, it just is whatever it is.  Raw and unedited.
